Clean Air Toolbox has had activities in: Nairobi, Kenya; Kampala, Uganda; Kinshasa, D.R. Congo; Brazzaville, R. Congo; Accra, Ghana; Kigali, Rwanda; Lomé, Togo; Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; Kolkata, Indore, and Chennai, India; and Jakarta, Indonesia
Work includes building up air pollution monitoring networks, data science for calibration and data integration for low cost monitor networks, capacity building workshops, health effects analysis, air pollution exposure studies, and source identification.
By working in cities at different readiness stages, we are demonstrating the Clean Air Toolbox approach via activities from each phase of our plan. As funds are raised we plan to increase our activities in these locations and scale to additional cities across Africa, South Asia, and Southeast Asia
