PI McNeill visited Delhi and Kolkata, India in August to meet with collaborators and collect data from the Clean Air Toolbox sensor network in Kolkata. McNeill and Clean Air Toolbox postdoc Dr. Sidhant Pai met collaborators from EDF India and WRI India in Delhi. In Kolkata, McNeill met with the Chairman, Member Secretary, and Chief Scientists of the West Bengal Pollution Control Board (WBPCB), representatives from the U.S. Embassy in charge of air quality data collection, and new collaborators, grassroots non profit organization SwitchON Foundation. It was wonderful to reconnect with old collaborators and connect with some in person for the first time whom we had only been able to interact with virtually until now due to the difficulty of pandemic travel.
